Yes you can ! Day Tickets costs €8.00 for guests +12 year and €6.50 euro for children from 2 till 12 years old.
On every spot you can park 1 car.
You can have 1 camper/caravan/big tent on the spot + 1 pop-up tent (for max. 2 peoples) is allowed.
Guests on the 'family-spots' need to park on a special parking, close to their spot. No cars are allowed on this field.
Guests in the cabines, the tents 'duolodges' and on the field that bikers use for their stay, are not allowed to have their car on the spot. Only loading and unloading possible. Then take the car to the car park.
A maximum of two pets are allowed.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, including in the woods.
Goolderheide has adapted sanitary facilities for disabled guests, including a wheelchair-accessible shower and toilet. But please take note that we are a forest campsite, which means that the paths ar not paved and access to the swimming pool may be less straightforward.
Yes, free WIFI at several central places as the restaurant, kantine and reception.
No one has WIFI at the camping pitches because there is no coverage from the free WIFI network.
Certainly. Our campsite is particularly popular with families. With several playgrounds, swimming pools and entertainment during the holidays.
There is also plenty of entertainment for older children, teenagers and adults, including sports activities, live music, bingo and evening shows.
Please note that our campsite is particularly popular with families with younger children, which means that there may be fewer children of the same age than at campsites that specifically target teenagers.
The centre of Bocholt is a short distance from the campsite. It is approximately 2.5 kilometres on foot and takes about 5 minutes by car. In the village, you will find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and a ATM, among other amenities.
Yes, in the centre you will find Carrefour Market and Aldi. The campsite also has it own shop where you can buy basic groceries and order sandwiches during the season.
You will need a CEE-Euro plug for our camping pitches. If necessary, you can hire both a plug and an extension cable from the reception for a fee and deposit

You can easily make a reservation online by selecting your desired period and choosing an accommotion or camping pitch. During the booking process, you can indicate your preferred location, if available, which will be finalised after our confirmation.
After filling in you details, you will immediately see the total price of your stay and complete the booking online.

We try to take our guests'wishes and preferences into account as much as possible, but a spot number or preference that has been communicated remains subject to change.
If you want to be sure of your chosen spot number, we recommend that you indicate the preference fee when booking. This will guarantee your seat and ensure that you will not be moved
The first deposit, amounting to half of the total amount, must be paid within 2 weeks of the booking confirmation. The second half is payable approximately 1 month before arrival.
Changes are subject to availability.

Our cancellation policy can be found on the website. We adhere to Recron's cancellation policy.
Please note: This only applies if you have taken the cancellation insurance during the booking process, which covers 5% of the accommodation costs.
Yes, this is possible. If you want to be sure of places or accommodations together, we recommend that you request this by telephone or e-mail, so that we can immediately check the availability of you requirements.
If you book online yourself with friends or family, you can indicate your preference during the reservation process. We will do our best to accommodate this as much as possible, depending on availability.

We recommend reserving rental items well in advance due to availability.
On the day of arrival, you are welcome at your camping pitch from 12 at noon (High comfort pitches, arrival time is from 1 pm).
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the pitch clean and tidy before 11 am.
On the day of arrival, you are welcome to check into your accommodation from 3 pm on (for the hiker's cabins, the arrival time is from 1 pm on).
On the dayof departure, we ask you to leave the accommodation clean and tidy before 10 am.
On the day of arrival, you are welcome during reception opening hours.
If you arrive later, please contact us in advance so that we can agree on a suitable solution together.
During certain periods, late check-out is possible for an additional fee and subject to availability. Please always enquire at reception in advance.
Early access to the camping pitch or accommodation is not possible.
However, you are already welcome to visit our park. You can park your car (and any camping equipment) in our car park and make use of the facilities.
Please visit reception first to collect your access wristband.
The reception is open 7 days a week.
From September to June, the reception is open from 9 am to 5 pm. From July to August, the reception is open daily from 9 am to 7 pm.
During high season, a porter is always available until 10 pm or later.
During the low season, a note will be displayed at reception outside opening hours.
If you arrive late, this note will indicate where and how you can report your arrival.
During your stay, you can visit reception during openings hours with any questions you may have.
No, the use of our showers and swimming pool is included in your stay.
You don't pay anything extra for this and you can enjoy unlimited showers or dips in the pool.
No, you do not have to pay any additional costs to fish.

Yes, the water at the campsite is drinkable, both in the sanitary buildings and at the water points near the camping pitches.
Please note that the water may taste different from what you are used to at home, as it contains more chalk in our region. This can sometimes make it appear cloudy. In that case, leave it to stand for a while and it will become clear again.
Yes, during schoolholidays (Belgium and Holland) we will organise different activities during the day.

No, charging is not possible at the campsite.
The nearest charging point for electric cars is located in the centre of Bocholt, approximately 2.5 kilometres away.
At Familiepark Goolderheide, you can pay for all facilities with your card.
However, cash payments are still common in the vicinity of the campsite, so we recommend that you always carry some cash with you.
Please note: it is not possible to withdraw cash from the reception desk. There is a cash machine in the centre of Bocholt.
Yes, our swimming pool is heated until August, so you can swim comfortably even on cooler days.
Yes, there is a small shop at the campsite where you can buy basic groceries and fresh bread rolls (during the season).
Yes, the campsite has both a restaurant and a snackbar.

Yes, barbecuing is permitted, provided it is done safely. Only a high barbecue (on legs) is allowed.
Open fires or fire pits on the ground are not permitted.
Barbecuing is only permitted using charcoal or gas.
The barbecue must always be supervised by an adult and we ask that you always have a bucket of water or other extinguishing agent within reach when barbecuing, so that it remains safe for everyone.
No, pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
Pets are welcome in our safaritents, with a maximum of two pets per stay.
A maximum of two dogs are permitted per camping pitch or safari tent.
We kindly request that you be considerate of other guests and ensure that your dog does not cause any disturbance.
Yes, dogs are welcome on the terrace, provided they are kept on a leash at all times and do not cause any disturbance to other guests.
No, there is no specific dog walking area at the campsite. However, there are bins in various locations where you can dispose of your dog waste bags.
A surcharge per stay applies for bringing a pet. The current prices can be found during the booking process.
No, dogs must always be kept on a leash at the campsite and in the surrounding woods.
